HELLA GmbH & Co. KGaA is hiring a Data Engineer with a strong Machine Learning background for our team in Ho Chi Minh City. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing and maintaining the data infrastructure that powers our machine learning initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Design, implement, and maintain data pipelines to support machine learning development and deployment.
- Conduct functional testing of trained machine learning models to ensure reliability, performance, and compliance.
- Perform model training, optimization, and iteration in collaboration with the ML engineering team.
- Execute code reviews to ensure code quality, maintainability, and adherence to best practices.
- Carry out data analysis, including data exploration, validation, cleaning, and preparation for modelling.
What We're Looking For
- Proficiency in Python for data engineering and machine learning workflows.
- Experience working in a Git-based environment, including branching, version control, and collaborative workflows.
- Ability to work independently, taking ownership of tasks and delivering high-quality output.
- Solid understanding of Machine Learning concepts, processes, and model lifecycles.
Nice to Have
- Experience with MATLAB, particularly for signal processing or algorithm prototyping.
- Background in Radio-Frequency (RF) or Radar systems, including domain-specific data characteristics.
- Knowledge of signal processing techniques, ideally applied within RF or radar contexts.
