Redcare Pharmacy is looking for a Data Engineer (m/f/d) to join our team and build robust data solutions for our Data & AI initiatives. You will be at the forefront of developing and optimizing the data pipelines and architectures that enable models to deliver insights for digital healthcare.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement scalable, high-performing data pipelines and optimize our data architecture.
- Build and deploy cloud-native solutions leveraging Azure Data Services, Databricks and other Big Data technologies.
- Collaborate across teams to understand and support their data needs while ensuring the architecture supports ongoing and future initiatives.
- Apply CI/CD practices in Data Analytics projects to streamline development and deployment processes.
- Continuously optimize performance, scalability, and security in our data systems.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in data engineering, software development, or related fields.
- Expertise in ingesting and processing large datasets.
- Hands-on experience in Azure or other public cloud platforms.
- Working knowledge of services like Databricks or Apache Spark.
- Skilled in Big Data Technologies (e.g., Kafka, Flink) and SQL for analytics.
- Proficient in at least one programming language (e.g., Python, Scala, Java).

Work Mode
This role offers a hybrid work arrangement with the possibility to work from home up to 20 days a year anywhere in the EU. Positions are available in Germany, The Netherlands, and Italy, with a focus on Cologne and Berlin.
