Responsibilities
- Construct and manage data pipelines that enable analytics, machine learning, and research efforts
- Design and refine data models and transformations to consistently supply data to downstream applications
- Work closely with engineering groups to detect and fix data quality problems, ensuring data accuracy and reliability
- Support the ongoing operation, monitoring, and upkeep of the data infrastructure and workflows
- Partner with Product, Engineering, and Research departments to deliver actionable data and insights for strategic decisions
- Troubleshoot data pipeline errors, inconsistencies, and upstream changes to enable fast resolution and system improvements
- Contribute to optimizing data processing tasks and storage strategies for better performance, scalability, and cost-effectiveness

Hybrid — New York City, Los Angeles, San Francisco

- Applicants must have authorization to work in the United States without employer-sponsored visa support
- Hybrid model requires engineers to be in the office on Tuesdays and Thursdays
- Increased in-office presence is expected during initial onboarding and during team onsite weeks, which occur approximately monthly
- Relocation assistance is offered to candidates not currently living in the New York City metropolitan area
- Employees may work remotely from locations outside their primary office for up to six weeks annually
- All selected candidates must pass a background check as part of the hiring process
