- Design and implement digital transformation solutions to increase operational efficiency through automation
- Strengthen decision-making with advanced analytics and business intelligence tailored to user roles
- Ensure compliance with federal regulations and human capital management policies
- Enable integration between IT systems and workforce planning technologies
- Improve service delivery by aligning performance outcomes with service level agreements
- Create role-specific dashboards, workforce models, and predictive analytics tools
- Build and maintain reporting solutions using Power BI and Tableau with strong data governance
- Advance workforce data strategy through training analytics, pipeline development, and data management
- Construct ETL workflows and maintain scalable data architectures
- Design, validate, and refine technical components supporting workforce data initiatives
- Support reliability and integration of data systems, automation scripts, cloud platforms, and operational services
