Responsibilities
- Develop, manage, and enhance data pipelines aligned with client-specific data needs
- Support the upkeep and enhancement of containerized data systems operating on Kubernetes
- Collaborate with fellow data team members to refine data models and create visualizations
Requirements
- Solid understanding of data modeling concepts, including star and snowflake schemas, and medallion architecture with bronze, silver, and gold layers
- Experience in designing, orchestrating, and validating ETL and ELT data workflows, including data quality checks
- Proficiency in advanced SQL techniques such as query optimization, indexing, and performance tuning
- Skills in data processing, transformation, and scripting using languages like Python
- Hands-on experience with Infrastructure as Code tools such as Terraform for cloud resource management
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with technologies in use: Clickhouse or similar columnar databases, SQLMesh or dbt, Docker, SQL, and Python
