Responsibilities
- Analyzes department workflows, software usage, and programming needs to define database structural requirements, aligning with client goals and assessing existing systems.
- Creates database solutions by designing system frameworks, specifying physical layout, functional features, security protocols, and backup and recovery procedures.
- Designs comprehensive data architectures, including methods for data integration, schema design, and data segmentation requirements.
- Establishes data management strategies by identifying data sources, planning data transformations, and mapping migration processes.
- Develops policies for specialized data handling, including encryption standards, data localization, and role-based access controls.
- Executes technical delivery by collaborating with systems teams to integrate components, automate workflows, and deploy Business Intelligence tools.
- Produces health metrics and performance indicators based on industry standards, technical specifications, project requirements, and population health insights.
