Radiation Detection Company is hiring a Data and Systems Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Lead the identification of business requirements, process evaluation, and definition of solution approaches
  • Examine existing workflows and data movement to design improved future-state processes, rules, and specifications
  • Convert business objectives into detailed functional requirements, test criteria, and implementation directions
  • Ensure alignment and traceability from business goals through requirements to final deliverables
  • Create and update reports, dashboards, queries, and analytical tools based on business needs
  • Diagnose data discrepancies, verify data integrity, and assist with resolving production issues
  • Collaborate with technical teams when solutions involve complex development or engineering efforts
  • Verify that implemented systems deliver tangible business benefits such as improved efficiency, accuracy, or reduced risk
  • Work with stakeholders to define, track, and validate key performance indicators and success measures
  • Manage conflicting demands using analytical rigor and transparent communication
  • Implement and uphold data governance policies to maintain data quality, uniformity, and proper use
  • Oversee master data management within the NetSuite ERP platform
  • Perform system administration duties including user access setup, role configuration, and fundamental system settings
  • Partner across departments to enhance data handling practices and optimize system performance
