Responsibilities
- Evaluate data from operations and maintenance teams and advise senior leadership on improvements
- Aggregate data into reporting platforms to guide decisions on staffing, non-dedicated assignments, and system parameters focused on service optimization
- Oversee data gathering methods, workflows, and protocols to ensure accuracy and consistency
- Propose, design, and execute standardized procedures to enhance the reliability and uniformity of data collection
- Build, deploy, and manage tools for data collection, storage, and analysis
- Deliver analytical and database assistance to Operations and other departments upon request
- Create performance indicators and business measurements, using data insights to inform strategic recommendations
- Support analysis of operational and financial metrics to assess route effectiveness and suggest efficiency improvements
- Produce data-driven presentations and deliver actionable information to leadership
- Address internal and external data requests related to service performance, routing, scheduling, and reporting
