Responsibilities
- Assist with daily operations and administration of HR information systems.
- Ensure timely and precise upkeep of employee records, organizational hierarchies, and system databases.
- Serve as the initial contact for fundamental system inquiries, referring advanced issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with IT and HR teams to resolve system-related problems.
- Conduct regular system audits, data reviews, and validation procedures.
- Carry out basic quality assurance and quality control checks to maintain data reliability.
- Contribute to ongoing improvements by identifying minor process or system optimization opportunities.
- Help implement system upgrades, modifications, and new features.
- Keep current documentation for processes, user instructions, and system protocols.
- Generate recurring and on-demand reports using HR systems and tools like Power BI.
- Support the creation of dashboards and analytical reports.
- Offer basic assistance to users navigating HR systems and workflows.
- Help deliver training sessions and prepare related materials.
- Support the development of user manuals and frequently asked questions.
- Maintain precise HR data and training documentation, ensuring data integrity, regular updates, quality verification, and trustworthy reporting.
