Responsibilities

  • Assist with daily operations and administration of HR information systems.
  • Ensure timely and precise upkeep of employee records, organizational hierarchies, and system databases.
  • Serve as the initial contact for fundamental system inquiries, referring advanced issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with IT and HR teams to resolve system-related problems.
  • Conduct regular system audits, data reviews, and validation procedures.
  • Carry out basic quality assurance and quality control checks to maintain data reliability.
  • Contribute to ongoing improvements by identifying minor process or system optimization opportunities.
  • Help implement system upgrades, modifications, and new features.
  • Keep current documentation for processes, user instructions, and system protocols.
  • Generate recurring and on-demand reports using HR systems and tools like Power BI.
  • Support the creation of dashboards and analytical reports.
  • Offer basic assistance to users navigating HR systems and workflows.
  • Help deliver training sessions and prepare related materials.
  • Support the development of user manuals and frequently asked questions.
  • Maintain precise HR data and training documentation, ensuring data integrity, regular updates, quality verification, and trustworthy reporting.
