Every is seeking a Data Analyst to join our team. You will be responsible for analyzing complex datasets to uncover trends, generate insights, and support data-driven decision-making across the organization.
What You'll Do
- Collect, clean, and analyze data from multiple sources
- Develop dashboards and reports to visualize key performance indicators
- Translate complex data findings into clear, actionable insights for stakeholders
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and data requirements
- Identify trends and opportunities through statistical analysis
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in data analysis or a similar quantitative role
- Strong proficiency with SQL for data querying and manipulation
- Experience with data visualization tools (Tableau, Looker, or Power BI)
- Ability to communicate complex data concepts to non-technical audiences
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
