Responsibilities
- Collaborate with Product and technical teams to identify key analytics priorities and deliver actionable insights for product launches, strategic decisions, and urgent requests
- Design, manage, and enhance core reporting systems and business-critical dashboards using reliable and scalable data infrastructure
- Lead A/B testing initiatives by designing experiments, analyzing results, and delivering clear, practical recommendations
- Develop engaging data visualizations and narrative materials to convey findings to varied stakeholders
- Partner with senior and staff-level analysts on high-impact projects involving data modeling and objective and key results (OKR) frameworks
- Coordinate with data scientists and engineers to strengthen data accessibility, accuracy, consistency, and pipeline integrity

- Employment Type: Full Time, Exempt
- Expected to work on-site at San Francisco, Seattle, or New York hubs three days per week (Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday)
- Travel 2–3 times annually for company and team offsites
- Application Review: Ashby's AI-Assisted Application Review helps evaluate materials against role criteria and may flag potential fraud for recruiter review
- Interview Recording: BrightHire is used to record interviews to support note-taking and consistency
- AI-Assisted Recruiter Screen: For select roles, BrightHire's AI may help structure initial recruiter screens and organize interview notes
- Choosing not to be recorded does not affect candidacy
- All advancement decisions are made by human recruiters after independent review
- Illinois: If AI analyzes a video interview, notice is provided, functionality explained, and consent obtained prior
- New York City: At least 10 business days’ notice is provided before using automated tools, with instructions to request an alternative
- Maryland: Facial recognition is not used to create facial templates without required notice and written consent
