About the Role
The Data Analyst will work closely with stakeholders to extract, interpret, and communicate data insights that drive strategic actions. Responsibilities include building reports, identifying trends, and supporting analytics needs across departments.
Responsibilities
- Extract and analyze large datasets from multiple sources
- Develop and maintain dashboards for business performance tracking
- Collaborate with departments to understand data requirements
- Identify patterns and trends to inform business strategies
- Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems
- Support ad-hoc reporting requests from leadership
- Translate business questions into analytical queries
- Document data processes and definitions
- Improve data quality and integrity through validation methods
- Use SQL and other tools for querying databases
- Create visualizations using analytics platforms
- Present findings to non-technical stakeholders
- Monitor key performance indicators and metrics
- Assist in automating reporting workflows
- Evaluate data collection methods for effectiveness
- Contribute to data governance initiatives
- Perform root cause analysis on data discrepancies
- Work with cross-functional teams to align on KPIs
- Support decision-making with timely insights
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of analytics tools

- Experience with cloud-based data platforms
