About the Role
This position involves analyzing educational and performance data to generate insights that guide product development and client success. The analyst will work remotely from Colombia, contributing to a distributed team focused on leveraging data to improve learning outcomes and operational efficiency.
Responsibilities
- Extract, clean, and analyze complex datasets to identify trends and patterns
- Develop and maintain dashboards and reporting tools for business units
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define key performance indicators
- Support data needs for product development and client reporting
- Ensure data accuracy and integrity across systems
- Translate business requirements into technical data specifications
- Monitor data pipelines for consistency and reliability
- Produce regular and ad-hoc reports for leadership teams
- Identify opportunities to improve data quality and reporting efficiency
- Work closely with technical and non-technical teams to deliver insights
- Maintain documentation for data sources, models, and processes
- Apply statistical methods to interpret data and test assumptions
- Support integration of new data sources into existing infrastructure
- Contribute to data governance and compliance initiatives
- Use SQL and other query languages to retrieve information from databases
- Leverage data visualization tools to communicate findings effectively
- Assist in automating routine reporting tasks
- Participate in project planning and requirement gathering sessions
- Ensure timely delivery of data-related deliverables
- Stay current with industry trends in data analysis and learning technologies
