Responsibilities
- Define datasets to build dashboards that support leadership in making data-backed decisions for live operations, feature rollouts, and content updates.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as Daily Active Users, Retention Rate, Churn Rate, Average Revenue Per User, and session duration metrics.
- Generate recurring reports on player activity, engagement levels, monetization patterns, and performance accuracy to enhance operational transparency.
- Analyze player behavior data to detect trends, irregularities, and patterns, then provide actionable insights for strategic planning.
- Work with cross-functional teams across regions to develop precise and user-friendly dashboards.
- Investigate points of decline in purchasing pathways and payment processing issues to help minimize revenue leakage.
- Manage periodic licensing reports related to streaming costs for in-game maps on a quarterly and annual basis.
- Propose new performance metrics, dashboard designs, or enhancements to existing reporting systems.
- Research and evaluate new analytics platforms, analysis techniques, and data visualization standards.
- Support the development of adaptive analytics frameworks tailored to a dynamic mobile gaming environment and suggest process optimizations.
- Identify inefficiencies in current analytical workflows and recommend methodological upgrades.
Responsibilities
- Enable data-driven decisions for leaders for LiveOps events, feature launches, and content updates through dashboards by defining datasets.
- Track KPIs including and not limited up to - Daily Active Users (DAU), Retention Rate, Churn Rate, ARPU (Average Revenue Per User), and session metrics.
- Make daily / weekly/monthly reports on player behavior, performance accuracy, engagement, and monetization / revenue trends to improve visibility.
- Proactively identify patterns, anomalies, and trends in player behavior and accordingly recommend improvements based on the data evidence, useful for leadership for strategic decisions.
- Collaborate with local and international stakeholders towards making clear and accurate dashboards.
- Identify drop-offs in purchase funnels, payment failures and thereby contributing to reducing the loss.
- Responsible for quarterly / yearly licensing report - streaming cost for maps played.
- Suggest new KPIs, dashboards, or reporting improvements.
- Explore emerging analytics tools, methodologies, and visualization best practices.
- Contribute to evolving analytics strategies for a live, fast-moving mobile game and process improvements.
- Detect and propose improvements to processes and methodologies.
