Responsibilities
- Import and transform customer CSV data into Affinity and configure tables, lists, and fields so that customers can hit the ground running.
- Manage the data import queue with discipline — tracking status, ETA, priority, and next steps for every import.
- Clean, deduplicate, and validate data to ensure high-quality imports.
- Work with Onboarding and Implementation teams to map customer data to Affinity’s data model.
- Lead requirements-gathering conversations with customers to understand their data structures, workflows, and reporting needs.
- Translate customer requirements into well-structured data configurations and reports that align with their business goals.
- Build and deliver clear reports and dashboards for customers that surface key insights from their imported data.
- Communicate proactively with customers to clarify data formats, align on timelines, and keep stakeholders informed throughout the onboarding process.
- Leverage AI tools to automate and templatize repeatable workflows.
Requirements
- Excel / Google Sheets power user — comfortable with VLOOKUP, INDEX/MATCH, pivot tables, and text manipulation.
- Strong client communication skills, with the ability to lead requirements-gathering conversations, ask the right questions, and translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Confident communicator who can present data findings and reports to non-technical stakeholders in a clear, concise way.
- Strong attention to detail with a quality-first mindset.
- Familiarity with CRM platforms or database concepts (fields, records, relationships).
- Good communication skills.
- Organized and able to manage multiple imports with competing deadlines.
