- Provide exceptional customer support in both English and Danish, utilizing various communication channels such as emails, chats, and phone calls.

Requirements
- Verbal and written communication in Danish and English
- Strong Microsoft Office knowledge
- Background in customer service, this can be face to face, online or via phone calls
- Multi-tasking and time management
