Mercier Consultancy is seeking a Danish-speaking Customer Support Consultant to provide high-quality remote support to our clients in Denmark. You will serve as the primary point of contact, resolving customer inquiries and complaints while collaborating with internal teams to enhance our service offerings.
What You'll Do
- Deliver high-quality customer support to Danish-speaking clients via phone, email, and live chat.
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products, services, and technical issues.
- Resolve customer complaints and challenges while maintaining a positive attitude.
- Document all customer interactions for follow-up and process improvement.
- Work closely with internal teams to address customer needs and improve service offerings.
- Stay current on product knowledge and company policies to effectively assist customers.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Danish, both spoken and written, is essential.
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to connect with customers effectively.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to customer needs.
- Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks in a remote work environment.
- Commitment to providing exceptional customer experiences and service quality.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in English is a plus.
- Previous experience in customer support or a related field is preferred.
- Familiarity with CRM systems and customer service practices is desirable.
