Responsibilities
- Provide guidance, insight, and training to surgical teams on the use of the da Vinci Surgical System during case support.
- Lead technical in-services for customers, including operating room staff and surgeons, for product demonstrations.
- Contribute to quarterly sales goals of the Clinical Sales Manager team by influencing customer behavior change through demonstrations, in-services, and training.
- Support or coordinate regional sales and marketing development events under local sales management direction to increase system awareness and procedure adoption.
- Manage administrative tasks such as reporting sales and procedures, documenting sales activity outcomes, submitting expense reports, and completing assigned ISU online modules using required company software.
Compensation
Compensation is based on job level and qualifications, in compliance with legal requirements.
Other
- Language requirements: Fluent in English and German.
- Travel: Ability to travel up to 70%.
- Export control: This position may be subject to U.S. export controls for potential employees who are nationals of countries currently under embargo or sanctions. A final offer is contingent on obtaining an approved export license and/or a fully executed Technology Control Plan (TCP) before the planned start date.
