Responsibilities
- Configure and test functional modules and workflows in AX/D365FO while identifying system limitations through in-depth process and system understanding
- Deliver ongoing functional and procedural support to users and operations teams across the organization, particularly in finance and procurement
- Investigate, assess, and document issues, incidents, and change requests in coordination with Process Owners and IT Business Analysts
- Collaborate proactively and professionally with global IT teams to maintain high performance and solution quality standards
- Design, schedule, and conduct training programs for business and end users to ensure consistent knowledge transfer across the enterprise
- Develop, organize, and carry out test strategies and test cases for full business cycle scenarios, leading user acceptance testing with the Release Manager
- Plan, coordinate, and implement go-live and cutover strategies for new business integrations, including data migration, cleaning, and readiness activities
