Frette is hiring a D365 Business Applications Analyst

Responsibilities

  • Offer technical assistance for inquiries related to business software systems
  • Support the assessment and routing of IT service requests to suitable internal or external teams based on need and capacity
  • Investigate and resolve functional issues within enterprise applications
  • Troubleshoot and correct data accuracy and consistency problems
  • Design and conduct training programs for end users on ERP and Dynamics 365 platforms
  • Keep current and accurate training materials for ERP and Dynamics 365 modules
  • Create and update standard operating procedures for business workflows in Dynamics 365 across retail, wholesale, and hotel sectors
  • Evaluate intricate business operations and document them using desktop tools like Microsoft PowerPoint and Visio
  • Formulate test strategies to support pilot deployments and system upgrade validations
  • Define functional and technical requirements for custom software development when standard D365 features are insufficient
  • Collaborate with test environments during implementation trials and system version testing
  • Promote adoption and effective use of D365 capabilities across all departments
  • Produce clear presentations highlighting the advantages of business process automation through D365
  • Gain in-depth knowledge of D365 modules and organizational workflows to identify opportunities for operational improvements
