Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end implementation projects for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, covering discovery, design, planning, configuration, testing, and deployment phases.
- Engage directly with clients to gather user needs and system requirements, identifying necessary customizations or enhancements.
- Document business workflows, functional requirements, and system specifications accurately.
- Set up and deploy Business Central solutions in client environments according to defined requirements.
- Manage client relationships, align expectations, guide project teams, and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Deliver functional expertise and support across all stages of the project lifecycle.
- Work closely with development teams on designing, building, and testing solutions.
- Perform functional testing and verify that delivered features meet business needs.
- Create user documentation and assist users during training and system go-live.
Requirements
- English proficiency at upper-intermediate level or higher.
- In-depth functional understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Proven experience working directly with clients in consulting or system implementation roles.
- Ability to assess business operations and convert them into clear functional requirements.
- Experience operating effectively in fast-moving, project-based settings.
- Strong analytical thinking, communication abilities, and problem-solving skills.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience with Microsoft Dynamics NAV.
- Familiarity with the Spanish language.
