Responsibilities
- Evaluate, examine, and record security alerts and possible incidents detected in client systems
- Handle incident investigation cases with both speed and attention to detail
- Act as the primary point of contact during urgent security events requiring immediate containment and resolution
- Maintain detailed and accurate documentation for every security alert and incident handled
- Offer consistent input on enhancing security procedures and improving client experience
- Remain current with cybersecurity training, certifications, and evolving threat landscapes
- Escalate security investigations appropriately based on severity and protocol
- Ensure clear and complete handover documentation between shifts
- Adhere strictly to established standard operating procedures and escalation protocols
- Deliver actionable and professional security guidance during interactions with clients

- Applicant must be a U.S. Citizen and currently reside within the United States or its territories
- Work schedule for Week One: Monday through Wednesday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM in local time
- Work schedule for Week Two: Monday through Thursday, 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM in local time
- This is a fully remote, work-from-home position within a globally distributed organization
