Responsibilities
- Design, deploy, and enhance security systems and protective controls
- Develop protocols and defensive strategies to safeguard infrastructure from unauthorized access or damage
- Define and enforce security standards for network environments and connected devices
- Conduct vulnerability scans, risk evaluations, and comprehensive security audits
- Oversee key security tools, including intrusion prevention systems, penetration testing platforms, and related technologies
- Continuously observe network traffic to detect anomalous or suspicious behavior
- Investigate security incidents and breaches to identify underlying causes
- Collaborate with external partners to diagnose and resolve security issues
