Responsibilities
- Manage a team of engineers with end-to-end responsibility for identity and access management, privileged access management, and cloud identity security systems
- Oversee daily operations and workload distribution to maintain team efficiency and balanced capacity
- Shape or influence technology strategy in alignment with security policies and business needs
- Collaborate with security architecture and related teams to ensure deployed solutions support control frameworks and intended outcomes
- Proactively engage with non-security stakeholders such as IT and application groups to align security capabilities with broader technology initiatives
- Maintain awareness of emerging security tools and methodologies, promoting innovation within the team
- Implement ongoing improvement initiatives to strengthen security, enhance user experience, and increase technology effectiveness
- Deliver training, leadership, and mentorship to IAM engineers across multiple geographic locations
