Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to deliver and manage information related to product and service inquiries, feedback, and requests.
- Collect client details and assess problems by reviewing reported symptoms and identifying root causes.
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and connectivity issues, including login difficulties and internet-related errors.
- Recognize high-priority cases according to client guidelines and route them to the appropriate team or specialist.
- Record and manage call data accurately using a computer and specified CRM system.
- Propose alternative resolutions when necessary to maintain customer relationships, using available tools and research.

Shift Timings
This role operates on a rotating afternoon shift schedule aligned with the American market. Start times alternate between 1:00 PM, 2:00 PM, and 3:00 PM. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process.
