Neo Group is seeking a motivated, customer-oriented Greek-speaking Customer Support Specialist to join our team. You will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our Greek-speaking customers through chats and emails.
What You'll Do
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide prompt and accurate assistance in Greek through chats and emails.
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues effectively.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through professional and courteous communication.
- Maintain detailed and accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide feedback to management.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent in both Greek and English.
- Previous experience in customer support or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
