Responsibilities
- Deliver first-line support by handling requests from customers and internal users through chat, email, and occasionally phone, all in English.
- Offer guidance on products and services including Cloud, CDN, Hosting, AI, and others.
- Diagnose technical issues, gather incident details, and escalate to higher support tiers when necessary.
Requirements
- At least one year of experience in technical support.
- Solid networking knowledge covering TCP/IP, DNS, MAC addresses, ping, and traceroute.
- Strong grasp of hardware and software diagnostics, including log reading.
- English proficiency at B2 level or above.
- Excellent customer advocacy and interpersonal skills.
- Strong problem-solving capabilities.
- Quick to learn, organized, and collaborative as a team player.
- Responsible, courteous, optimistic, and effective in communication.
- Ability to explain complex concepts in simple terms.
- Skill in prioritizing tasks efficiently.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Cloud, CDN, or Hosting services.
