Responsibilities
- Offer technical assistance to users in Spanish through email and live chat
- Identify and solve product and service-related problems
- Forward complicated cases to advanced support teams when necessary
- Keep support documentation and knowledge resources current
Requirements
- Intermediate proficiency in Spanish, with ability to write and type in the language
- Strong written communication and multitasking abilities
- Proficiency in using personal computers and Microsoft Office applications
Nice to Have
- Knowledge of additional languages or prior experience is beneficial
