Responsibilities
- Assist clients with cruise booking inquiries and reservations
- Provide detailed information about cruise lines, ships, and destinations
- Resolve customer issues related to bookings, payments, or changes
- Communicate travel policies and documentation requirements clearly
- Support clients during pre-departure and onboard phases
- Maintain accurate customer records and booking details
- Collaborate with cruise partners to confirm availability and special requests
- Explain pricing structures, inclusions, and add-on options
- Handle modifications and cancellations according to policy
- Respond promptly to emails, calls, and chat inquiries
- Escalate complex cases to appropriate internal teams
- Ensure compliance with travel regulations and safety protocols
- Offer personalized recommendations based on client preferences
- Track and report common customer concerns or feedback
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of cruise offerings and promotions
- Assist with special needs accommodations and accessibility requests
- Guide clients through travel documentation processes
- Follow up on unresolved issues to ensure resolution
- Uphold service quality and brand standards
- Participate in training sessions on new cruise products
Compensation
$45,000 - $65,000 a year
