- Responding to initial-level customer inquiries and support tickets
- Meeting service level agreements and maintaining prompt communication
- Delivering fast, accurate, and professional responses to client issues
- Identifying common customer questions and recommending updates to documentation
Requirements
- Pursuing or holding a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree
- Demonstrated analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Skill in managing multiple tasks and setting priorities effectively
- English language proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or above
