Milliman IntelliScript is looking for a Customer Success Representative to champion customer outcomes through training, onboarding, and ongoing communication. In this role, you will demonstrate Milliman’s value at every touchpoint and deliver proactive support and guidance, directly leading to customer success.

What We're Looking For
- 2+ years in Customer Success, Advocacy, Relationship Management, Account Management, or a similar role.
- Exceptional listening and communication skills.
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
- Innate ability to organize and self-direct.
- Willingness to ask for guidance and direction.
- Naturally curious, embracing innovation, and hungry to learn.
- Understands that customer success requires a team effort.
- Passionate about building and maintaining relationships.
- Advocates for customers and thinks outside the box.
- Empathetic with strong interpersonal skills.

- Elevated level of accuracy and attention to detail.

- Experience working with SaaS customers, or the willingness to learn the industry.
- Candidates hired will be required to obtain a Health & Life Insurance license.

- Experience with SaaS products and customer success processes.
- Experience with insure-tech platforms or benefits administration.
