Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary contact for handling escalations and leading strategic projects
  • Work closely with account management, product, and engineering teams to eliminate obstacles
  • Handle incoming requests and escalations to protect research and engineering teams from interruptions
  • Spot opportunities for fast improvements and prioritize them for quick implementation
  • Convert broad objectives into specific tasks with clear owners, deadlines, and success criteria
  • Lead initiatives from start to launch, ensuring all stakeholders are informed of progress
  • Manage and improve the process for handling product requests
  • Guide cross-functional teams effectively despite lacking direct authority, ensuring commitments and timelines are met
  • Build in-depth understanding of the product to foresee challenges and tailor solutions to customer needs
