Igloo Software is looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with our clients and ensure they derive maximum value from our platform. You will be the trusted advisor and primary point of contact, focusing on adoption, retention, and long-term satisfaction.
What You'll Do
- Build strong, strategic relationships with a portfolio of assigned customers
- Proactively guide clients through onboarding, adoption, and expansion opportunities
- Analyze customer usage data to provide insights and recommendations for success
- Identify and mitigate churn risk by addressing customer needs and challenges
- Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Support, Product) to advocate for customer needs
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role
- Strong ability to understand client business objectives and translate them into success plans
- Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills
- Data-driven mindset with experience using CRM and analytics tools
- Proactive problem-solver who can manage multiple priorities independently
