Agiloft is looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform. You will be a strategic advisor, focused on driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients
- Proactively guide clients through onboarding, adoption, and value realization
- Conduct regular business reviews to assess client health and identify growth opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and resolve challenges
- Develop and execute success plans aligned with client business objectives
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role
- Strong track record of managing client relationships and driving product adoption
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to analyze client usage data and translate it into actionable insights
- Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote setting
