Agiloft was looking for a Customer Success Manager

Agiloft is looking for a Customer Success Manager to partner with our clients, ensuring they maximize the value of our platform. You will be a strategic advisor, focused on driving adoption, satisfaction, and long-term success.

What You'll Do

  • Serve as the primary point of contact and trusted advisor for a portfolio of clients
  • Proactively guide clients through onboarding, adoption, and value realization
  • Conduct regular business reviews to assess client health and identify growth opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to advocate for client needs and resolve challenges
  • Develop and execute success plans aligned with client business objectives

What We're Looking For

  • Proven experience in a Customer Success, Account Management, or similar client-facing role
  • Strong track record of managing client relationships and driving product adoption
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to analyze client usage data and translate it into actionable insights
  • Self-motivated and organized, capable of managing multiple priorities in a remote setting

This is a fully remote position open to candidates located within the United States.
