Responsibilities
- Manage a select group of key customers, ensuring long-term retention, expansion, and measurable business impact.
- Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders by demonstrating how sustainability insights inform strategic decisions.
- Lead strategic planning and governance initiatives, including roadmap sessions and executive-level reviews.
- Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product development and company strategy.
- Coordinate across internal teams and navigate complex client structures to ensure consistent delivery of value.
Work Arrangement
Hybrid — available in San Francisco, New York, Denver, London, Paris, Berlin, Sydney, Mexico City, and remote options across the US and Europe
