Responsibilities

  • Manage a select group of key customers, ensuring long-term retention, expansion, and measurable business impact.
  • Develop trusted advisor relationships with senior stakeholders by demonstrating how sustainability insights inform strategic decisions.
  • Lead strategic planning and governance initiatives, including roadmap sessions and executive-level reviews.
  • Advocate for customer needs internally to influence product development and company strategy.
  • Coordinate across internal teams and navigate complex client structures to ensure consistent delivery of value.

Work Arrangement

Hybrid — available in San Francisco, New York, Denver, London, Paris, Berlin, Sydney, Mexico City, and remote options across the US and Europe

  • Position may require up to 20% travel.
  • Candidates must be prepared to work from an office four days per week, unless the role is designated as remote.
  • Hub offices are located in San Francisco, New York, London, and Mexico City, with satellite offices in Denver, Sydney, Paris, and Berlin.
