Responsibilities
- Oversee a set of customer accounts with moderate independence, collaborating with the Regional Account Manager to ensure daily commercial and operational success.
- Act as the primary liaison for designated customers, maintaining consistent contact to uphold service standards and foster engagement.
- Develop lasting, trust-based relationships with customer stakeholders, establishing the company as a strategic technology partner in financial services.
- Drive continuous account improvement by monitoring KPIs, spotting risks and opportunities, and initiating corrective or growth-focused actions.
- Evaluate and confirm customer requirements, including operational needs, product usage, and future plans, converting them into executable strategies.
- Analyze market developments, competitive activity, and customer performance metrics to identify optimization, expansion, and growth potential.
- Deliver clear, data-backed reports on account health, product utilization, project progress, and emerging risks for internal and external stakeholders.
- Collaborate across departments to ensure contractual and operational delivery, stepping in to resolve escalated issues when necessary.
- Support the achievement of service, financial, and operational goals, including SLA adherence, KPIs, and revenue targets, while assisting with billing and payment processes.
