About the Role

The ideal candidate will build strong relationships with clients, proactively manage their success journeys, and act as a trusted advisor to drive product adoption and long-term retention.

Responsibilities

  • Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers
  • Develop a deep understanding of customer goals and objectives
  • Create and execute customer success plans tailored to individual needs

  • Provide feedback from customers to internal teams
  • Assist in developing customer onboarding materials
  • Facilitate training sessions for new users
  • Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
  • Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
  • Drive customer advocacy and referenceability
  • Support renewal processes and reduce churn
  • Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
  • Coordinate with implementation teams during onboarding
  • Escalate technical issues when necessary
  • Promote product features that align with customer goals
  • Gather testimonials and success stories
  • Monitor contract terms and renewal dates
  • Advocate for customer needs internally
  • Use data to measure success and adjust strategies
  • Maintain a customer-first mindset in all interactions
