About the Role

Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for assigned customers

- Monitor product usage and identify opportunities for improvement
- Onboard new clients and guide them through initial setup
- Conduct regular check-ins and business reviews
- Collaborate with support and product teams to resolve issues
- Identify expansion opportunities and support upsell efforts
- Track customer health metrics and intervene when risks arise
- Provide feedback from customers to internal teams
- Assist in developing customer onboarding materials
- Facilitate training sessions for new users
- Ensure timely responses to customer inquiries
- Maintain accurate records in the CRM system
- Drive customer advocacy and referenceability
- Support renewal processes and reduce churn
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices
- Coordinate with implementation teams during onboarding
- Escalate technical issues when necessary
- Promote product features that align with customer goals
- Gather testimonials and success stories
- Monitor contract terms and renewal dates
- Advocate for customer needs internally
- Use data to measure success and adjust strategies
- Maintain a customer-first mindset in all interactions
