Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, fostering trust and serving as a strategic advisor
- Lead renewal efforts, minimize customer attrition, and pursue expansion within assigned accounts
- Promote active use of the platform and help clients realize full value from the product
- Address customer issues promptly, coordinate cross-functional teams, and manage escalations
- Keep CRM data up to date, track renewal timelines, and maintain visibility into growth prospects
- Analyze customer behavior to detect risks and uncover new opportunities for value creation
- Support clients during onboarding, trial phases, and initial stages of product adoption
