Responsibilities
- Conduct client meetings to define project objectives and technical implementation needs.
- Organize weekly progress calls and distribute comprehensive project plans with milestones and due dates.
- Lead collaborative workshops using digital whiteboard platforms to map user journeys and translate findings into process templates.
- Coordinate with technical teams on integration specifications and bridge communication with client representatives.
- Work closely with clients to gather and finalize content and design assets for deployment.
- Evaluate submitted client content and suggest enhancements aligned with system functionality.
- Set up platform configurations tailored to specific clients and their journey requirements.
- Inform internal teams about journey specifications or directly build approved journeys and content in the system.
- Assist in testing phases, collect feedback, and implement revisions before launch.
- Design custom journey demonstrations for internal training and stakeholder engagement.
- Collaborate with creative teams on design and content needs, including scope and cost estimates.
- Provide hands-on platform instruction and coaching to client project personnel.
- Troubleshoot and resolve technical inquiries related to platform usage.
- Transition client accounts to Account Management teams after implementation is complete.
- Identify opportunities for additional journeys and contribute to long-term client planning.
- Log time accurately in project tracking systems using assigned client and project codes.
- Define and oversee project scope, schedules, resources, and financial parameters.
- Assist in developing proposals, cost estimates, and project documentation.
- Plan and conduct initial project meetings and regular follow-up sessions.
- Delegate tasks, track completion, and address obstacles to project progress.
- Verify the accuracy and quality of all project outputs.
- Report on project status and deliver final summaries to clients upon completion
