Responsibilities
- Act as the main liaison for payer clients, cultivating trusted partnerships with key stakeholders in clinical operations, care management, utilization review, and executive teams.
- Oversee the rollout and setup of AI-powered tools, ensuring seamless integration into payer processes including prior authorization, case management, member services, and provider outreach.
- Promote solution adoption by delivering training and demonstrating practical use cases that advance operational objectives for health plan teams.
- Uncover and assess opportunities to enhance cost-effectiveness, member health outcomes, and administrative performance using AI capabilities.
- Maintain consistent client communication, proactively resolving concerns, collecting input, and converting insights into actionable product and engineering recommendations.
- Establish client-specific performance indicators tied to payer workflows, such as faster processing times, improved staffing efficiency, and higher satisfaction among members and providers.
- Collaborate with internal departments to ensure product reliability, compliance, and alignment with client expectations and regulatory standards.
- Engage in industry events, panels, and digital forums to exchange knowledge and promote innovation in AI applications for payer organizations.
