Responsibilities

  • Offer technical expertise and engineering support during pre-sales engagements with prospective clients.
  • Conduct onboarding sessions for new users and deliver technical training to current customers.
  • Create and refine sales, demonstration, and promotional content for the product, tailoring demo environments to specific customer needs.
  • Oversee key enterprise accounts, proactively ensuring retention and growth.
  • Serve as a technical point of contact between users and the development team.
  • Identify and engage potential partners while strengthening the deployment capabilities of current partners.
