Responsibilities
- Serve as a trusted advisor to diverse clients, providing customized technical support based on individual business needs
- Design and lead technical training sessions to increase platform adoption and understanding
- Guide clients in applying industry-leading methods for implementing and refining search functionality
- Collaborate with Customer Success Managers to uphold sustained client satisfaction and performance
- Coordinate with internal teams across departments, escalating issues when needed to confirm resolution paths
- Work alongside Product and Engineering teams to deepen product knowledge and act as a technical authority for clients
- Create, update, and deliver detailed status updates on active cases during regular client meetings
- Anticipate technical challenges and collaborate with clients to address them proactively
- Offer strategic recommendations for improving system performance and platform utilization
