Responsibilities
- Respond to incoming text messages and client communications with prompt, compassionate, and clear replies.
- Initiate regular check-ins with clients to confirm satisfaction, awareness of next actions, and progress toward wellness objectives.
- Use open-ended questioning to learn about client goals, experiences, and concerns, then offer tailored advice or materials.
- Coordinate phone consultations using scheduling tools like Calendly for clients needing live, in-depth conversations.
- Log client interactions and track progress accurately in CRM and appointment systems.
- Encourage continued client involvement by sharing helpful resources, prompting appointment bookings, and resolving obstacles.
- Work with the team to improve client onboarding, support workflows, and retention based on feedback and results.
