Responsibilities
- Design and deploy production-grade workflows, agents, and integrations tailored to actual customer environments.
- Convert custom builds into standardized templates, toolkits, and internal resources for broader team use.
- Ensure deployed solutions meet high standards for speed, stability, and traceability.
- Assist clients in defining precise technical goals such as accuracy, coverage, latency, or safety needed to justify adoption.
- Create minimal yet convincing proofs-of-concept, benchmarks, and evaluation frameworks to validate effectiveness on real customer data.
- Implement basic metrics to measure impact, including time savings, error reduction, or throughput improvements.
- Collaborate with sales teams to develop compelling demonstrations and pilot programs that highlight core platform strengths.
- Iterate on existing demo infrastructure instead of building new environments from scratch.
- Participate in customer discussions to explain system internals and respond to advanced technical inquiries.
- Support onboarding initiatives including workflow setup, training, live sessions, and power-user enablement.
- Track solution usage and business value using metrics like daily active users, agent hours, and workflow executions to inform improvements.
- Work with Customer Success to uncover new applications and scale proven workflows across organizations.
- Diagnose and resolve customer-facing technical issues, escalating to engineering teams when necessary.
- Deliver clear, client-friendly explanations, temporary fixes, and timely updates.
- Report recurring problems to influence product improvements, documentation, and operational guides.
- Develop code samples, API-based workflows, and architectural references that demonstrate best practices.
- Record and share design patterns for frequent use cases like contract analysis, research assistants, and support automation.
- Help shape internal processes for customer engagement, including intake standards, pilot checklists, and demonstration frameworks.
Work Arrangement
Remote (Worldwide)
Builder First, Then Storyteller
You start with code, not slides. You prefer showing working prototypes over presenting abstractions, but can clearly communicate technical concepts to both engineers and decision-makers.
Customer-Obsessed Problem Solver
Your focus is on practical impact—whether a solution saves time, reduces risk, or enables new capabilities—not on technological novelty for its own sake.
Hands-On and Pragmatic
You thrive in uncertain conditions with incomplete requirements. You identify the smallest viable build that validates a concept and advances a project.
Systems Thinker
You understand how pre-sales efforts, pilots, adoption curves, support systems, and performance data interconnect, and you design for repeatability and scalability.
Bias to Action and Ownership
You take initiative without waiting for complete instructions. You collaborate across teams to deliver functional solutions and document them for future efficiency.
