Responsibilities
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and fax with professionalism and attention to detail.
- Deliver accurate details about available services and pricing structures to prospective clients.
- Examine customer concerns and take prompt action to resolve issues.
- Create new customer accounts and process orders efficiently.
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions, logging actions and resolutions in the system.
- Assess situations to decide when to escalate issues and redirect communications appropriately.
