Bond is hiring a Customer Service & Safety Agent (Bi-lingual French & English) – Hybrid (Birmingham, UK)

Requirements

  • Fluent spoken and written proficiency in both French and English
  • Holding a valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) license
  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, security, or another front-facing position
  • Currently enrolled in or having completed higher education studies
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and common online platforms
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, stay composed under pressure, and maintain attention to detail
  • Highly energetic, professional, and committed to following established procedures
  • Capable of detecting and reacting to sounds at different volume levels
  • Able to sit for long durations while performing screen-based tasks
  • Able to interpret and respond to visual data on computers, including color variations and screen refresh rates
  • Eligible to pass a background check and provide verifiable references
  • Possession of a current, valid, and unblemished driver’s license
  • Knowledge of and commitment to complying with data privacy regulations and internal compliance policies

Nice to Have

  • Experience in media production and video editing
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
  • Fluency in a third language, ideally Spanish, Portuguese, or Hebrew
