Requirements
- Fluent spoken and written proficiency in both French and English
- Holding a valid Security Industry Authority (SIA) Public Space Surveillance (CCTV) license
- 1–2 years of experience in customer support, security, or another front-facing position
- Currently enrolled in or having completed higher education studies
- Proficient with Microsoft Office, G-Suite, and common online platforms
- Demonstrated ability to communicate clearly, stay composed under pressure, and maintain attention to detail
- Highly energetic, professional, and committed to following established procedures
- Capable of detecting and reacting to sounds at different volume levels
- Able to sit for long durations while performing screen-based tasks
- Able to interpret and respond to visual data on computers, including color variations and screen refresh rates
- Eligible to pass a background check and provide verifiable references
- Possession of a current, valid, and unblemished driver’s license
- Knowledge of and commitment to complying with data privacy regulations and internal compliance policies
Nice to Have
- Experience in media production and video editing
- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution
- Fluency in a third language, ideally Spanish, Portuguese, or Hebrew
