Hireframe is hiring a Customer Service Representative to join our support team. In this role, you will resolve software inquiries from small business owners who use our product. You will become a key member of a team of 6 reps within our 20-person company, reporting directly to the VP of Customer Success.
What You'll Do
- Communicate with customers primarily via email, as well as phone and chat.
- Provide knowledgeable answers to questions about our gym management software.
- Become an expert user of our product.
- Collaborate with our engineering team to resolve software issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluent English speaker with strong verbal, written, and interpersonal skills.
- At least 1-3 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
- Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to quickly learn and navigate complex software products.
- Comfort working in a fully remote environment.
Team & Environment
