The Customer Service Representative will foster a customer-centric culture, support corporate strategy, and deliver high-quality service by managing customer interactions, supporting applications, and ensuring team alignment with company standards. This remote role at HIRINGMAN requires fluency in Polish, English, and Russian, along with strong organizational and remote leadership skills.
What You'll Do
- Develop a strategic customer mission and training program
- Evaluate customer service in company environment, and set company performance standards
- Manage calls: process missed, lead/customers call and process tickets
- Assist users and answer questions
- Stay up-to-date with application updates
- Navigate the team through new features in the app
- Reproduce bugs
- Test new features before deploy
- Create documentation
What We're Looking For
- Must have over 1-year experience in IT company
- Must be fluent in Polish, English and Russian
- Strong ability to teach, engage and lead in remote environment
- Can design practices, processes, and procedures which allow training from a distance
- Able to provide clear and unbiased feedback
- Ability to lay out work in a well-planned and organized manner
- Know computers, networks, and CRM software
- Good at learning new industry, product, or technical knowledge
- Updates procedures in a timely manner
- Be flexible with schedule

- University degree is recommended but is not necessary
