Responsibilities
- Manage and expedite orders for diabetic supplies, ensuring timely delivery to patients.
- Communicate with healthcare providers to obtain necessary authorizations, order forms, and clinical documentation via phone and fax.
- Accurately maintain and update customer records, documenting all interactions within the customer portal.
- Achieve or surpass individual and team performance goals, including attendance, average handle time (AHT), quality assurance (QA), and orders processed.
- Stay informed about product details, company policies, and service procedures to deliver excellent customer support.
