Responsibilities
- Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
- Assist clients with placing and modifying tire and wheel orders
- Provide accurate product and shipping information
- Troubleshoot order-related issues including delays and cancellations
- Process returns and refunds according to policy
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions
- Escalate technical or complex issues to appropriate departments
- Update customer records with interaction details
- Ensure compliance with service level agreements
- Deliver support in both English and Spanish with cultural sensitivity
- Guide customers through website navigation and checkout
- Report recurring customer concerns to supervisors
- Follow up on unresolved cases until resolution
- Maintain professionalism during high-volume periods
- Adhere to data privacy and security protocols
