About the Role

The ideal candidate will provide responsive and professional customer support to clients placing orders and seeking assistance via phone, email, and chat. Strong communication skills in both English and Spanish are essential for resolving inquiries efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat
  • Assist clients with placing and modifying tire and wheel orders
  • Provide accurate product and shipping information
  • Troubleshoot order-related issues including delays and cancellations
  • Process returns and refunds according to policy
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of inventory and promotions
  • Escalate technical or complex issues to appropriate departments
  • Update customer records with interaction details
  • Ensure compliance with service level agreements
  • Deliver support in both English and Spanish with cultural sensitivity
  • Guide customers through website navigation and checkout
  • Report recurring customer concerns to supervisors
  • Follow up on unresolved cases until resolution
  • Maintain professionalism during high-volume periods
  • Adhere to data privacy and security protocols
